Your lesson at your pace!

I am commited to helping you acheive your goal whether you are a complete beginner, someone who wishes to take up the instrument after some years away or an accomplished player who wiches to go further.

  • I am happy to help you find an appropriate instrument. Lessons are given in my music room .

  • Lessons are normally of one hours duration and current prices are £35.00 per session.

Lessons will require that you have, or are intending to get/hire your own personal instrument.

As with Piano and Singing the emphasis will be on enjoyment and progressing at your own speed.

I can help with the purchase of a cello if required.

Lessons are normally of one hours duration and priced at £35.00 pr hour.

   Singing Lessons

Singing

Singing is good for the brain and the soul. It is also proven to help with dementia and associated conditions!  I try to help with technique and repertoire but in all cases enjoyment is the main aim.

Voice production and a little sight singing are important  but just enjoying the experience is paramount!

String instrument repair

I specialise in repairs to stringed instruments


Problems that occur with stringed instruments vary from broken strings, jammed pegs and adjusters, a fallen bridge/soundpost to the more delicate repairs to the body of the instrument.

Please call or message me if you need help and I will advise accordingly. There is no charge for assessing the instrument and supplying a quotation.
